XClip workaround

Hi!
I’m doing a series of 2D drawings with multiple referenced files.
Since Rhino has no option to clip blocks I use a white hatch and place it on top, for a lack of a better solution. This is not great as a solid white hatch will not show in a vector output print and I’m stuck with rastered pdfs. But for now it works…

Does anyone have a better idea how to clip blocks than using a hatch to cover it?

Thanks!

Hi - a solid white hatch should show in a vector output:

-wim

+1 It would be great to have an xclip-like function in Rhino.

Ideally, something that wouldn’t require loading/reloading the entire block, but only that selected, “xclipped” portion.

That would be awesome
