Clipping plane elevations, not plotting vector hatches CORRECTLY

Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I have lots of walls with different hatches applied to surface… when I cut my section and set up my detail view as an elevation, I can see everything working great, I only see the hatches I need to see. When I print, I see all hatches, it’s like everything is transparent in vector mode - but when I switch to raster, it’s clipped and shown as expected. PLEASE HELP! I hope I don’t have to explode the hatches… @mary

This sounds like a bug for vector printing and could be related to your display mode or your display system. Next steps, we need your help.
The goal is to duplicate the issue here.

BUT PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:
Send us:

  • A small 3dm file(s)
    We need the following to be zipped then emailed or uploaded here or emailed to tech@mcneel.com.
    If the files are large then, trim them down. Only send what we need to see the issue.*

  • A set of steps or procedure to duplicate it here it help.
    (a screen capture video showing the issue is also helpful.)

  • Also OPEN Rhino and type SystemInfo command.
    Copy and paste the text results into your reply.

Please include all of these.
All of these are required to write a bug and get a fix into Rhino.
