Wrong maximized viewport by opening a file from the Recent list in the Splash Screen (V6 and WIP)

Hi to All

This is in fact a long-standing little annoyance.

If a file is saved with the Top, Front, Right or Perspective viewport maximized, opening it by selecting the corresponding preview icon in the Recent list displayed in the Splash Screen, it always starts with a wrong maximized viewport and not the saved one (in my experience sometimes the Right or the Top viewport maximized but it seems to be random or at least I’m not able to replicate every time the same erroneous behavior).
