Wish: VerticalFaces=1 for Cylinder, Cone, and TruncatedCone

Hi…,

I would like to set the option _VerticalFaces to 1 in _SubDCylinder, _SubDCone, and _SubDTruncatedCone.

I can set it to a minimum of 2, but why? So in the end, I have to remove the middle span by hand, which is a bit annoying.
