WISH: Search box for Block Manager and Layers Panel

Blocks and layers would be easy find, by name, with a search box. With suggested names filtered in a list, as commands show up in the command prompt.

Yep, Agreed here… that would be nice. (Same for materials - only partly useful filtering now.)
