Wish: (bug?) ScriptEditor to keep track of it's own last used folder

I see that the new Script Editor still uses Rhino’s last used folder for opening or saving files. This is a bummer since we often store Rhino files and custom scripts in different places.

The good old Python Script Editor keeps track of it’s own used forlder and this is much more convenient and intuitive, could you please add that @eirannejad ?
