WISH: blend adjustable curve on surface

I hope in the realization, in Rhino 6, the following command, I think, useful in some cases: “blend adjustable curve on the surface.”

I find it inconvenient to have to perform projection of the curve on surface to achieve the desired fitting g1.
What do you think?
