Some Rhino tools such like “Rotate” and “Rotate 3D” have very useful “Use last center” and “Use last axis” options, respectively. However, the “Mirror” tool, which is far more used by the majority of Rhino modelers, still lack such an option. 
That option could be named “Use last vector” for the ! _Mirror command and “Use last mirror plane” for the ! _Mirror _Pause _3point command.
