While “Drag selected objects only” (Rhino options > Mouse > Click and drag) is a nice feature, it would help a lot to split it into two settings: one for objects and one for control points. The idea behind this request is that while setting a large safe distance in “Drag selected objects only” to prevent accidental moving of large objects is a great feature, it also introduces sluggish and repetitive workflow for the manual adjustment of control points, because they need to be pre-selected in order to change their position manually. This alone leads to at least twice as much mouse clicks, hand tiredness and wasted time.
This could be done either via adding a new tickbox next to “Exclude control points”, or by setting a value of 0 pixels in the existing “Control point drag threshold” number field (it’s impossible to make it 0 or 1 at the moment).
