WiP never returning to the maximum viewport

When Main window tile bar is ON (Properties / Appearance), when minimized, Rhino returns to the maximum viewport.
When Main window tile bar is OFF, when minimized and brought back again, Rhino leaves some few pixel gaps (bottom and the right edge of the screen):

Please fix this bug.

RH-76410 Rhino doesn’t come back full screen when Main Window Title Bar is switched off
