WIP: 3Dmouse - Viewport not updating while cursor moving over toolbars

Rhino 7 and Rhino 8 no problem here.

With 9.0.26111.12305, 2026-04-21 , if the mouse is moving over the toolbars, the viewport is not updated with 3d mouse (even tough the camera is still moving in the “background”).
Can this be fixed so it behave like in 7/8?
