Thanks @Byung_kil_Kang but we are nearly certain this is a bug on in macOS Ventura that has been fixed in macOS Sonoma. If you can still reproduce it in macOS Sonoma, please let us know (I was finally able to reproduce the issue in Ventura; but not Sonoma).
The same bug here. When moving the cursor away from a floating palette, all Rhino 8 windows/floating windows become hidden. They reappear when clicking on any visible window or the desktop. This makes selecting and using a palette tool not good. It happens randomly, but not when a file is first opened and disappears after some time. Video attached.
This occurs with single and dual monitors, even when Rhino is the only running app. I am not using Spaces, and was present in earlier versions of 8.

We are not upgrading to 10.14 yet, and Rhino 8 is listed as supporting MacOS 12. 13. and 14.

Yes, I would still expect this bug to be present in macOS Ventura, which you are running. I was able to reproduce it there (even after the fix in 8.5, which - at least as far as our testing is concerned - corrects the behavior in macOS Sonoma).
To be clear: we are not working on a fix for RH-69542 on macOS Ventura.
Sorry - I can t understand this.
Ventura is still maintained and update by Apple - so it can be considered as “current”.
And Ventura is also in the system requirements of Rhino
I’ll dig into this more, but - if this is indeed still caused by an unfixed bug in macOS Ventura - we likely will have a lot of trouble issuing a workaround fix for code we do not maintain (the underlying OS).

I have been experiencing this bug for a while. I have not updated to Sonoma, because of other software that is expensive and unsupported. Its an extremely frustrating bug.
