Where are the rhino icons stored? Can I copy and edit for a custom command?

I want to make a couple icons for commands using edited Rhino icons. Can this be done?

Thanks. this is what I needed.
"Edit a toolbar button

  1. Move the cursor over the toolbar button.
  2. Press and hold [Shift]
  3. Click the right mouse button.
