When delete some blocks in Block Manager

I deleted some blocks (external file insert as block) in Block Manager,

but one layer for one block remain in layer panel.

This funny layer was disappeared after I saved this file, and re-opened this file.

No, in functionally, for now.

But I always deal with many layers,
this situation is not comfortable to continue working.

I always close rhino, open rhino.
