What are the best STL export options with good accuracy?

Why is it like the accuracy is not good? When exporting MESH to Stl
What are the best options?

most of your original is a mesh as well, so mesh export options won’t have any effect

I think you are confused with the model being flat shaded vs smooth shaded. Rhino will not alter meshes when exporting. Run _Flatshade to see the actual mesh geometry
