Hello,
This shouldn’t be a problem in V-Ray Next / 5.
I assume the issue with rendering animation beyond the first frame only occurs with a specific project?
Could you please open it, use the menu V-Ray > Pack Project and then submit the resulting archive for investigation by visiting https://www.chaosgroup.com/help/contact/support/scene#options ?

The problem with Bongo and Rhino render that you can’t set the denoiser before rendering the video. it’s need to be done for each frame

You should save the post effects as document settings, it’ll stick also between frames.
