VisualARQ 3 - Version 3.8 RC2 released

VisualARQ 3.8 - Release Candidate 2 is now available for download.

 NOTE: This is a release candidate (RC), meaning it is not the final version but has undergone internal testing and is considered stable enough for end-user testing. VisualARQ 3.8 is scheduled for official release on Wednesday, February 4th, 2026

This release fixes most of the problems and crashes reported by users. Please report any problems or suggestionas here or email us at visualarq@asuni.com.

Fixed Errors (16)

• API: Script:

  • 14911: Error in the funcion AddRoofFromCurve. Roof Type parameter is

• Clashes:

  • 14441: Clashes report doesn’t work with blocks

• Crash:

  • 15348: Crash when moving 2 plan views
  • 15346: Rhino freezes after changing the height of two walls

• DWG Export:

  • 15430: Imperial dimensions change format in the DWG Export
  • 15429: Missing geometry in the exported DWG
  • 14658: Text size inside blocks is not preserved in DWG export

• IFC:

  • 15434: Crash when trying to import an IFC and VisualARQ was not loaded
  • 9615: Wrong import of geometry in IFC
  • 6109: Load VisualARQ when opening an IFC file

• Interferences:

  • 15165: Wall-Slab intersection not solved correctly
  • 14831: Roof-Wall intersection issue

• Object: Guide:

  • 15227: “Perp” snap doesn’t work with guides

• Object: Plan View:

  • 15435: Crash when updating two plan views that look at each other
  • 15121: Geometry disappears from plan view after update

• Object: Slab:

  • 15344: Slab selection selects other walls
  • 15318: Rhino freezes after copying a group of slabs from one document to another
