Visual Studio Plugin Template Doesn't Load

after installing templates into the Visual Studio 2019 I get this message when trying to open new project.

Do you know where’s the issue and how to fix it?

RhinoCommon and Grasshopper templates for Rhino 7 - Visual Studio Marketplace

Make sure your Visual Studio 2019 is up-to-date.
