Every time I switch from one Named View to another the viewport gets smaller and smaller. The only way I have found to go back to the full screen is to Restore and then Maximize the viewport. Any suggestions to try? Thanks!

I’d try unchecking the Restore aspect ratio option. Just by the look of those two pictures, it looks like those were saved with different aspect ratios. If all of the named views are like that, I suppose that trying to restore the ratio can lead to a shrinking viewport.
If that doesn’t help, please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here. Also post a small file that we can use to reproduce the issue.
