HI, using Rhino 8 and trying to use the command “ViewCaptureToFile”. The resulting image has blurry lines, even if I change the pixel count. If I change the scale to 5 it gets a bit better but also not smooth. At my friends computer it works fine with scale 1. But also it has nothing to do with my device, because looking at my produced pictures are also blurry when seen on different computers.
Can anyone help me?

Please start by running the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste its output here.
The next step is uploading a 3dm file and an image.
