ViewCaptureToFile error on V8

Hi,

ViewCaptureToFile doesn’t work correctly: saved image doesn’t save plot preview mode,

UPDATE: ViewCaptureToFile and ViewCaptureToClipboard both work fine if you set size to 1, if you increase it the image does not show plot preview settings

It’s unclear to me what you mean with plot preview settings.

hi @nachetz pls share a file that shows the behavior, as there are many places where curve attributes can be modified and it is hard to guess from just the image what you have changed.

I do see some weirdness, but it looks to be the other way around, getting thinner curves

Here you are, but it happens to all of my files when i use Viewcapturetofile and Viewcapturetoclipboard. As i said if i increase the size of the capture more than 1 it stops working correctly. If you set the size over 1 you don’t get the print colors, you get the layer/object colors

but if you activate Print preview mode and execute viewcapturetofile do you get the print colors or the layer instead?

I can reproduce the print color issue, but not the line width issue you are displaying above.
RH-83315 Viewcapture color does not work correctly with scaling

RH-83315 is fixed in Rhino 8 Service Release 14
