Vertical Panels on the Left?

Heya quick question,

Is it possible to have the logos on the left of the panel’s contents? Like so:

This way, I could reduce cursor travel a little.

I’ve just hunted through the Advanced OptionsPage and other places I thought the option might appear but couldn’t find anything.
