This may have nothing to do with Visual… I am experiencing the same problem till the last Windows update. Just after completing the update, without any other acion I got a message like this:
The screenshots seem to refer to a McNeel plug-in, so I think this is not related to VisualARQ. Moreover, from the message, it seems it’s a DotNet (probably C#) plug-in, while Tibidabo and VisualARQ are both C++ plug-ins.
