Hi All,
Faced such problem.
Activation of Detail view by double clicking makes it switch to the Shaded.
It works only once after file opening. All the other tries work properly.
Just in case, file is attached.

Hi Screamer -
I’m afraid that’s not something I can reproduce with that file and description.

Hi @wim ,
Well, maybe this video and SysInfo will help.

The openGL should be on the 16gb video card, currently it’s on the 1gb.
Check your cabling, device manager as well as the graphic settings.
Hi @Japhy
Yeah, already saw it and fixed.
Unfortunately this doesn’t help with the issue above.
Is this repeatable if you open up the file while Rhino is in Safe Mode? (search Rhino 8 in Safe Mode in windows start to initiate)
Does this only happen when running Revert or do you see this with Open as well?
No. Safe mode doesn’t repeat this issue.
Yes, Open makes the same result.
Ok. I tried to get rid of almost all of non-Rhino plugins.
Updated Nvidia drivers.
Still same result. Switching to Shaded when clicking a Detail.

Hi Screamer -
With the non-Rhino plug-ins disabled, can you make a new file from a factory-default template, add a layout with a detail, and reproduce that behavior in that new file? Or is this behavior isolated to that specific file?

Hi @wim ,
I don’t know why, but I still have the issue.

Hi @sysinfo,
I can repeat the issue.
I will get it logged for the developers.
I thought I was the only one.
Thanks,
Mary Ann Fugier
We also stumbled upon this yesterday and I was able to patch it up this morning.
