As it turns out, the above RH-54151 is not a problem on macOS Catalina. Rhino 5.5.4 ought to run on macOS Catalina as is.

Just clarifying that now Rhino5 has been updated to allow previous files to be opened with a Mac upgraded to Catalina. Needing to upgrade to Catalina myself.
