Using RhinoInside with AvaloniaUI

Hey all :wave:,

I was playing around with the SampleWinFormsApp C# sample – I’m pretty green when it comes to C#, .NET and Rhino.Inside so apologies if this might be stupid question but is there anything stopping someone from implementing rhino.inside within an AvaloniaUI application? I’ve seen that speckle are using avalonia for there Rhino plugin (using bindings to communicate between Rhino & the UI?), but given that Rhino.Inside uses .net48 is it possible to run within an AvaloniaUI application? I’m slightly confused on the mechanics of how they relate.

I’ve attempted to implement myself but haven’t been able to get to work – wanted to know if its viable before committing more time to getting it to work?

Rhino 7 uses .NET 4.8. It should be possible.

Perhaps show what you have tried and the community should be able to help.
