Uploading package fails with "Error while copying content to a stream."

We want to push a new version of our plugin using the yak CLI. So far we never had issues with this. However, today pushing fails for the biggest of the 5 packages we are building. Error message: Error while copying content to a stream.

This happens both on Windows and on Mac, same error. I uploaded the package here: https://www.rhino3d.com/upload

If possible please publish it for us, this is urgent.

Note: There might be a problem with the yak CLI in Rhino 8 SR 22, which I was using. I tried using the yak CLI in Rhino 7 a few min ago, and it uploaded the package (although it got rejected, as it was already published in the meanwhile).
