Updates Grasshopper from Revit

Hi guys,
Good day, I managed to create a one way workflow to create/edit model from Rhino/Grasshopper to Revit and my problem now is if I will going to modify/edit the element/model from Revit, is there a way to create another workflow to update the Grasshopper definition?
I been thinking of a workflow wherein I could be able to filter those change/update from Revit and push a button to update Grasshopper definition, any help?

In general the GH definitions will update from Revit on the next change.
