Update not installing

Update not installing, my version is Version 5 SR6 64-bit (5.6.31028.18305, 10/28/2013). I get the install update when starting and I checked options and it says update available, but nothing happens when Rhino closes.

Is there a place to look for download, in options, it says update is downloaded, close Rhino to install.

Hi Randy- assuming all Rhinos that you know about have been closed - check Windows TaskManager > Processes for running Rhino.exe and EndProcess on any that you find… then the install should go forward, if I am guessing right. Any luck?

Hi Pascal,

there was one instance of Rhino open, I closed with Task manager and it is now installing.
