Update and statistics don't respond and stop app

I’m using Rhino8 on Windows11 ( both are Japanese version ).
Recently, whenever I try to access “Update and statistics” in Rhino 8 option, Rhinoceros stops responding. ( And “Check Update” is also same )

Few weeks ago, there was no problem.

What should I do in this case ?

I’ve had the same problem for a while now. I’ve tried reinstalling Rhino more than once to try and fix it. Updated drivers for video, audio, Spacemouse, uninstalled other programs, turned off Windows firewall, turned off modem firewall (yikes), shut down countless processes, turned off wirless network, turned off bluetooth, made sure there where no non-default plugins and did other ungodly things … still no luck.

If I reboot it will work for a while but will lockup again after checking “Updates and Statistics” a few times.

I’ve installed WIP and everything works there, although it takes about 15 seconds to find my (Educational) license.

I have another machine running a commercial license and it has the same problem, locks up when accessing “Updates and Statistics”. Latest version of Rhino.
