Rhino8: No possibility to auto-update on Update and statistics

Hallo dear developer,

I have a problem with the automatic updates in Rhino 8.

Even if I activated the “update” options in the update services:

and in the registry editor:

in the Rhino-Options —> Updates and statistics, I can´t do anything.

How can I solve the problem?

all of the options on the page Update and Statistics are not “clickable”.
