Unknown Command:_GInt _Gsurf _GVol

Hello, I am a beginner and I am using Rhino, came along with 3DEC. I have prepared a model, and tried to create Mesh (Final step as mentioned in Use Guide). But I always see an error when I opt any Griddle tool - saying “Unknown command”
Unknown Command:_GInt
Unknown Command:_GSurf
Unknown Command:_GVol
So How to proceed with meshing. How do I resolve this issue?

Hello- I would contact Itasca but it sounds like the plug-in is not loaded in Rhino. Look in Options > Plug-ins.
