Grasshopper command is unknown in Rhino 6 _ how can i solve this problem?

I have problem with Grasshopper plugin in Rhino 6
it doesn’t load and give me a message " unknow command "

any suggestion to solve this problem ??

Have you checked in the Plug-in Manager that the Grasshopper plug-in is both loaded and enabled?
