Units of measurement (inches to mm)

In settings > units it looks like I’ve changed units of measurement to inches, but in the bottom right of the screen it still says millimeters. Have I actually changed it?

When you changed the units did a message like this one appeared?

If you changed your units to inches, the units at the botton right corner should say inches.

I did see a message like that. I can’t remember if I clicked no or yes. Thanks, will try again.
