Uninstalled V5, and now v6 gives error: Rhino 6 plugin failed to load

I Uninstalled V5 as I haven’t used it for years, and now V6 give error warning on opening.
Do i still need 5 installed to run 6? (Am running version 6.9)

That’s odd.
I guess if it were me, I’d go into Control panel > Programs and features, find Rhino6, click change/modify and do a Repair.
