Uneven distribution with FlowAlongSrf (Act2)

Hello everyone,

I need to make very accurate flowAlong surface work, so I worked hard to get surfaces (Base and Target) structures very similar.

Iso and points are matching !.
but when flowing the results do not match.

Does anyone can help !

thanks

Fred

hi @Scherrier

What you can see is that the control points of the surfaces in V direction don’t line up.

In the attached I’ve tried to make a similar surface to the surface you are using, by reusing the inner edge of the base surface and scaling those curves up to create the profiles for a loose loften surface.

Once that surface is used to flow to, you will notice correct alignment.
