Unable to unroll curved surfaces into a singular geometry

So I developed a design and I am fabricating a series of curved surfaces. I am using either unroll surface or squish command to unroll and ultimately making into a 2d line drawing for fabrication. However there are certain curved surfaces that do not unroll as a singular geometry and come out as broken pieces. I have tried using grasshopper and python components with no luck. Attached are screen shots documenting my problem and rhino file of the problem geometry that doesn’t unroll as a singular surface. Thanks!

Hello - the surfaces have slight double curvature, maybe just enough that UnrollSrf balks, but Squish should be able to handle that OK.

I’ve used squish and I get broken peices.

For better results with unrollSrf or Squish always try to get single surface.
