I have now tried on several machines to download and install Rhino. Each time I get the “Download Failed” message, and attempt to download packages for offline installation on a different machine. However, even this is failing on every machine I’ve tried. Attached is the installer log:

Hello - the log file indicates there may be an anti-malware or virus scanner getting in the way.

I get the same fail message on my Mac. Is there no way to install rhino on a Mac successfully ??
Send the error log to technical support.
We’ll analyze it and reply back with what we think is causing the problem.
