welcome to the forum, with so little information it is hard to help.
I think that some point cloud are not understood as a list of points by some plugins. “Ball Pivot.gha” need a list of points so you"ll have to find a component to transform the cloud to a list of points. I know a point cloud is a sort of list of points but the automatic conversion is surely not done.

the cloud is imported in rhino , then in grasshopper the cloud is converted in a list of points (some millions) and then this poin list is redirected to ballpivot.gha and … nothing happens …
i willl post all the information… maybe something is wring with this scrpit ballpivot.gha …
maybe i m doing something wrong …

You need to input a radius that has the same size as the distance between points or a bit bigger as points must be in the ball. Some millions seems big for this tool. Make some trys with less points.
Cockroach plugin could be better.
