Good day! How can I save a custom toolbar with custom buttons in Rhino 8 so that it can be opened in Rhino 7? Can I still get .rui files out of Rhino 8 instead of .rhc? It’s a bit confusing.
I would be surpriced if this was possible since the entire gui system is rewritten and now is vectorized insted of pixel based.
So I think it will be faster and safer to rebuild the toolbar in Rhino. Maybe there is a svg → 32 or 24 px png converter out there that quickly can convert your vector data to a transparent png that you can import into the new toolbar.
How many icons are we talking about here?
10 Icons but I can limit it to the most important ones. Just wanted to know if there was any backwards compatibility, thank you for answering!
