Trial license issued today has already expired....?

Hello, I am not new to rhino but I am new to the forum. So first of all thanks everybody for welcoming me here.
I am looking for for support in authenticating with a trial license. I have downloaded rhino in the past (November 2018 I think) as a trial to version 6 for Mac. Then I abandoned it for some crashing issues. I am only using it as a hobby to render some pieces of DIY woodwork so too little use was not worth the hassle of trying to solve the crash issues. Nevertheless I really liked the easy of use (between crashes…), interface etc so I was now keen to experiment with version 7. I downloaded it and got a trial license right today, but after installing it tells me a past trial was run and the present license has expired (Issued today and valid until Aug 22 according to the notice).
Is it possible that it refers to the past rhino 6 install?
How could I please overcome this issue?
Many thanks for your help.
Regards

Adriano

Hi Adriano - you get one 90 day trial only - after that, you must buty a license in order to keep using Rhino. Your trial expired in may of last year.

Please see Rhino - Buy - Rhinoceros

Hello Pascal,
thanks for the quick reply. I got back to the past emails, and as far as I know the last trial was starting on 1/9/2019, with lic RH60-RUG0-0G84-350T-0GX4-9VAW expiring on 30/11/2019. I tried Rhino 5 before that in 2015, but that’s now 7 years ago. So it surprises me that there was a license to my name expiring last may (2021?).
Would you like me to forward the past mail in order to track this better?
IN all cases, is your policy of “one trial only” cross version releases? In other words, if I get rhino6 trial, would that prevent me from getting a rhino7 trial?
Thanks.
Regards

Adriano

Hi Adriano - from what I can see you have had multiple V7 evaluations already - if you think I am mistaken, please contact sales@mcneel.com and they will help you sort it out.
