So I just got a logo someone sent me and it is a pdf. I imported that pdf into Rhino6 and the lines are all Hatches. I will attach a pic. I want to create surfaces from this file and make the logo 3d. I tried to dupedge and that does do the trick. thanks! 
If it’s a real Hatch object and not a bunch of lines, you should be able to use DupBorder then PlanarSrf. As PDF’s normally explode hatches into lines however, you may be out of luck…
Convert any hatch to solid hatch and then explode. It comes out as a surface.
