The top-level icons do not run any commands, they just open their linked toolbars. For example, when I hover the cursor on the Options button in the Standard toolbar, the tooltip is showing “Options”, but when I click on it, it only opens the cascade “Tools”, even though there is the “Options” command assigned to the left click.
In other words, it behaves as if I clicked the bottom right corner of the button.

Hi Pascal, it is Windows 10, and it was set at 50. After changing it to 200 it is working fine - thanks!
