Toggle Sun Panel not working

Hello! I have downloaded the latest version of Rhino 7 a couple of weeks ago. I use V-ray for rhino to do renders on a daily basis and make use of the “Sun” command very often. The last couple of days this command has stoped working. I can’t seem to understand the reason, but the Sun editor panel just does not appear.

I would like to know if anyone has the same problem or if know how to solve it.

Thank you.

Hi -
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.

Hey! This is the info!

Thanks

Hi -
Thanks for that information.
In the PluginManager, please make sure that the Renderer Development Kit is both Loaded and Enabled. Restart Rhino if it wasn’t.

If it was loaded and enabled, please disable both Fologram and V-Ray and check if that makes the problem go away.
-wim

Thank you so much. The problem has been solved. I believe the problem is the Fologram Plug-in.

Kind regards,

David

Hi I am having the same problem.
Where is Fologram? I found V-ray and enabled it, but I can’t find Fologram.
Thank you

Hi Gazelle -

That would be the expected behavior if you didn’t download and install that plug-in.

Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the output here.

Hi Wim, I am having a similar issue. My sun command seems active, but I can’t toggle the control panel when I type in the command. My pluginManager shows the Renderer Development Kit as active. What should I do?

Hi Francisco -
Thanks for the system info.

What makes you say that the sun command seems active?

Can you get the panel to show when you use the menu items instead of the command?
