Toggle Snap to Occluded?

Disabling snap to occluded is so helpful… until you can’t snap to an object coplanar with a surface, then you need to turn it back on again.

Is there any way to set up a toggle for this?

you cad use a macro like this under alias or key shortcut:

_SnapToOccluded _Toggle
