I cannot give you the exact reason why you are getting this error without seeing a minimal example, but I would say the most likely reason is that you are sending a large data tree to the Legacy Display component of the ShapeDiver plugin. You can read more about the limitation with this component here.
If that is the case, consider flattening the output geometry or switching to the glTF 2.0 Display component.
