Textures from material library not showing up

Hi all,
I’ve been facing this problem for a while now, when applying textures or materials from the material library, nothing shows up. I did not have this issue with previous versions that I have uses.
is there a way I could solve this? it only became an issue when I bought my licence.

Hi -

There is no difference between an eval and commercial/education “version”, so that shouldn’t matter.
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.

Hi -

Let’s start with this one. There’s been some development lately that might require the latest drivers for NVIDIA GPUs. Does your Notifications panel indicate that there is a newer driver available?
If not, I see that there is: GeForce Game Ready Driver | 516.94 | Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 | NVIDIA
I’d start by installing that and see if that changes things.

Hi,
I’ve tried updating NVIDIA and unfortunately it didn’t fix the issue

Hi - I see that this is being handled directly through other channels… Let’s just keep it there, then.

Hi Wim,
I dont think my rhino is accessing the internet in order to download the file, cause I’m not being able to download climate studio files either. is there a way I could solve that and maybe it’ll fix it hopefully

I had to turn off windows defender and firewall so Rhino would be able to download the files.
