Switching cloud zoo accounts: NOT easy

Switching away from an active cloud zoo account is NOT easy for the regular user …

I just remembered that long ago I had to kill all McNeel library license stuff to reset the license info to ZER0. Not easy.

May this be helpful for others:

If you’re on a Mac – follow these steps:

  1. Quit Rhino
  2. Go to: … ~/Library/Application Support/Mcneel/Rhinoceros/License Manager/
  3. trash all text files in AND besides any “Licenses” folder.
  4. Go to: … Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Mcneel/Rhinoceros/License Manager/
  5. trash all text files in AND besides any “Licenses” folder.
  6. start Rhino again.
  7. You’ll be prompted to change licenses and to quit Rhino, again
  8. start Rhino again.
  9. accept license terms and log into Cloud Zoo (correct account!!)

That should do it.
