Surface fails to extend

I was happy that Rhino 8 finally managed to extend some trimmed planes that Rhino 7 fails at, but unfortunately it seems that when it comes to curved trimmed surfaces, Rhino is still very bad.

Rhino fails to extend any of the sides of this surface, it’s originally only trimmed on one side even.

Downloaded the file.

ExtendSrf works as expected on all edges. Tried all combinations of Type= and Merge=.

Huh, so I downloaded SR13 too and yes, it works there. So SR12 was bugged?
