RH8.12 bug: trimmed surface could not be extended by extendsrf command

As stated in the title, after updating to the latest RC version (8.12), trimmed surface could not be extended.

I’ve added a note to RH-83755 ExtendSrf fails

RH-83755 is fixed in Rhino 8 Service Release 13
